I have learned aspects talked about here but hearing it helps in ways that I needed. I learned these things from chasidis but this interview makes it better in ways I can't explain at the moment.
There is paradox when developing yourself by taking in these ideas and practices. I've noticed having these values are rare, so rare that you will only find/be with a compatible person or barshet if you stay dysfunctional or don't take in these healthy practices.
It somewhat frustrating to look back and see the difference but then you have to tell yourself it's about quality over quantity and most importantly to have faith in HaShem.
Wise words! Wished I heard when I was at that stage...
So valuable for Mashpiim or mentors or individuals of that age to listen and use
Particularly writing a list you value and things that irritate you, to learn about yourself before going out
