niddah What happens if a couple, Jewish but not observant, has a child born outside the parameters of the lasws of taaras mishpacha. The couple then becomes observant as does the male child. Is that child viewed with any negative eye?
The child is most probably, technically a "ben nidda," a spiritual state. I have heard of some people preferring to marry Jews who are not bnei nidda, but I think this is certainly not the majority view. On the contrary, the family should be viewed in a positive eye for returning to the ways of the Torah!
Baruch Hashem. Always lenient and compassionate. Hallelujah.
Mikvah Thanks, Rabbi Kaplan for bringing much spiritual depth and significance of this mitzvah. Great teachings. Thank You.
Practical Parshah As always an erudite instruction. I look forward to your sermon each week.
As a convert, even before conversion, I desired Family Purity. After a divorce and menapause I was able to Mikvah, and begin to understand concepts like seperation, kosher, impurity, quarentine, lashon hara, more with each Torah cycle. BH.
Never doubt Hashem kindness towards those who fear Him and feast on His Bread of Life and pure water of His words. Chag Pesach Israel. All my love and life in purity..
