According to the custom of the Spanish and Portuguese Jews when leaving a cemetery one washed one’s hands and turned to the graves and made this declaration taken from the Book of Deutoronomy: “our hands did not spill this blood now did we witness it with our eyes.”
I have a question to ask in relation to liturgy according to the Habad custom. Could you please put me in touch with a person who is expert in this area.

I got 6 of 10 right. That’s a D in school grading system. I have a lot more to learn about traditional Judaism. Was raised Reform and hadn’t had much of any connection after my bar mitzvah until more recently in life. Reply

7/10 Thanks Reply
I got 9 out of 10 correct. The only question I got wrong was about the foods at a Pidyon HaBen. I am current writing a speech about Pidyon HaBen, & I had never heard read anything about it. Chabad has a lot of articles about Pidyon HaBen. I will have to read them all before I give my speech. Reply
I took this quiz a second time & got 10 out of 10. Reply
Tough quiz (7/10). Here's a bonus question for everyone: What did a local Chabad shliach tell his congregant to do at the end of the shloshim (first thirty days of mourning a parent)? (A) Eat an egg dipped in ashes. (B) Drive a nail into the floor of his house. (C) Light a candle. (D) Recite the entire book of Devarim. Reply
Very cool if you to write this question! I'm gonna guess A) bc it's so crazy it's probably the answer. Reply
Very interesting question, I also would guess A. Reply
Thanks a million for replying! It's not crazy, but it was actually B. Response A is the custom before Tisha B'Av. Have an easy fast. Reply
The Jewish customs lifestyle quiz was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed it and I learned something I did not know at the same time. Thank you for all that you do, and for creating these wonderful quizes. Reply
I was taught it was the wife's father that bought the tallis for his new son-in-law. my father-in-law (OBM) bought me my first "adult" tallis. Reply
Why do people uproot 3 tufts of grass upon leaving the cemetery? I thought they just washed their hands. Reply
